About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team at X4 Group. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own specialist market, identifying client recruitment needs, and fulfilling them in accordance with X4's Recruitment Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and utilise sales techniques to initiate relationships with prospective clients.
  • Qualify candidates and fulfill post-placement follow-up, demonstrating tenacity in providing a reputable consultancy service.
  • Manage time effectively, completing day-to-day tasks within deadlines.
  • Utilise Seven20 in accordance with the Recruitment Life Cycle, coding managers/companies correctly, and leveraging the data and capabilities of the software to enhance consultancy performance.
  • Collaborate with other consultants to enhance market knowledge and role capability.
  • Establish an understanding of X4's core compliance processes and policies.
  • Establish an active LinkedIn presence by sharing valuable X4 content, as an effort to establish client and candidate engagement streams.
  • Attend all training sessions and understand X4's policies surrounding behavior, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
