Providing valued research and information on industry trends, competitor product initiatives and other appropriate market intelligence to internal and external stakeholders
Reviewing and monitoring self-build cases and self-build watch list, reporting back findings and any recommendations to Credit Committee
Demonstrable relationship management experience in dealing with clients and third parties – surveyors/quantity surveyors/solicitors
Able to work with the Society’s operating systems and good overall IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
