Are you or an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker/Team Leader looking for the next step in your career or a Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge?

The successful candidate will be an inspirational role model, while demonstrating to the young people the value of education, care and development to achieve better outcomes. Assist in managing all aspects of the day-to-day running of a children’s residential home

* Promote he safeguarding of the young people’s welfare

* Promote education and diversity to ensure individual needs are meet

* Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and company requirements

* A minimum 2 years' experience working with Children and Young People in a Residential setting

* Recent experience working either as a Children's Home Deputy Manager or as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker/Team Leader in a Children's Home

* Minimum QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent (In line with Ofsted requirements)

* Enthusiasm and commitment to completing QCF Level 5 Children, Young People and Families Manager qualification

* The flexibility to cover shifts in line with the needs of the home

* A full UK Driving Licence
