Role Purpose

The role of Creative Lead brings our creative concepts to life, producing engaging and innovative digital media content across various platforms. This role is responsible for taking the entire creative ownership of a returning Digital Reality Series. You will work closely with the client's creative team, taking initial top line ideas, and with those initial ideas, creating a fully developed, fully functioning series - with narrative structure, story, creative challenges, tasks and everything else.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising and working in collaboration with the client’s creative team.
  • Communicating with the client regularly to learn and nurture their creative decisions.
  • Taking these creative decisions and forming a fully-functioning digital series from start to finish.
  • Working independently to create the initial narrative structure and story.
  • Alongside this you will be independently creating each of the daily challenges, ensuring all of the elements such as prizes, mechanics, tasks, questions, jeopardy and eliminations are well thought out.
  • You will help bring the aesthetic and design of the ‘house’ to life, carefully working alongside the client and the production team, to ensure everything is within the brand expectations and budget.
  • You will be reporting to the Head Of Development, as well as the Production team, and the client’s creative team, to sign off and ensure that workflow is progressing.
  • You will be attending the shoot, overseeing and taking ownership of the creative on-set.
  • Working closely with the Director, Production team and story producers on set, to ensure that the production runs smoothly.
  • You will feedback on the edits in post production, ensuring episodes are concise and to a high standard.
