Instead of juggling multiple brands, youll specialise in one client, focusing on delivering personalised marketing strategies and automation solutions. Youll work closely with the customer to create tailored marketing automation journeys, and leverage data-driven insights to refine and personalise campaigns.

Your client will be Grundfos and their purpose is to pioneer solutions to the world's water and climate challenges and improve quality of life for people.

What Youll Do

As Digital Lead at ZITE, youll be an essential part of an international team working on global digital projects every day.Your main role will be to plan, and execute digital marketing initiatives for Grundfos, with a special emphasis on marketing automation, lead scoring, account-based marketing, and personalisation.Youll have the chance to drive impact by developing sophisticated automation plans, that speak directly to the customer's audience, while also working directly in marketing automation systems like Marketo and building landing pages directly in Adobe Experience Manager.

Your role will include advising on, and implementing a range of marketing automation tasks, from building personalised email journeys and managing lead scoring systems to creating account-based marketing campaigns and leveraging automation tools to enhance customer engagement.

What Were Looking For

We value personality above all, but wed like you to have a knack for digital marketing and automation. Here are some qualities and skills that will set you up for success in this role:

  • Youre comfortable balancing project management with hands-on marketing automation work.
  • You have experience with tools like Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, and Adobe Analytics, and youre excited to dive deeper into these platforms.
  • Youre passionate about personalization in marketing and have a track record of using data insights to drive targeted campaigns.
  • Youre familiar with lead scoring techniques and eager to develop and implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Youre motivated by account-based marketing and understand how to tailor campaigns to specific accounts for maximum impact.
  • Youre proactive and confident in advising clients, challenging them where needed to ensure optimal solutions.
  • You have a strong interest in exploring and advising on digital trends and technologies, especially within marketing automation.
  • Youre a problem-solver who enjoys creating digital experiences that engage and convert, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and automation.

The Practical Details

This is a full-time role, and were looking to fill it as soon as possible. We would love to find someone close to our customers address in Bjerringbro, Denmark - but you are more than welcome to apply no matter who you are, and where you live.Our core hours are aligned with the clients, typically between 08:00-16:00 CET, but we offer flexibility around that schedule.
