About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM & Ecommerce Assistant to join our Ecommerce team at Strathberry. Reporting to the CRM Manager, this will be a pivotal role for the successful development of Strathberry’s customer strategy on an international scale.

The CRM and Ecom Assistant will primarily focus on the running and performance of our email marketing channel and assisting with the running of Strathberry Insider (our rewards programme) as well as supporting our Ecom operations. This is a dynamic role suitable for an organised, driven individual who will be immersed in the day-to-day of Strathberry’s CRM strategy.

The CRM & Ecom Assistant will work closely with the CRM Manager, Ecommerce Manager, Customer Service and Marketing teams.

Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position based in either London or Edinburgh. We are currently operating a hybrid working approach with a minimum of 3 fixed days required each week working from the office.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

CRM

  • Own the end-to-end build of our weekly broadcast emails, including copy writing, technical build and testing.
  • Drive campaign segmentation, looking at opportunities to segment campaigns based on location and customer behaviour.
  • Assist with the management and planning of the broadcast email calendar.
  • Work closely with Ecomm, marketing and PR teams to prioritise key messages for email campaigns.
  • Assist with email performance and trading reporting on a weekly basis.
  • Work with the CRM Manager to deliver behavioural CRM flows to drive engagement and repeat purchases.
  • Support with the day to day running of Strathberry Insider, our community rewards programme.
  • Build campaigns to align with our marketing calendar in our clienteling tool used by stores.

ECOMMERCE

  • Support the Ecomm team in tasks related to site testing, product launches and on-site reviews.
  • Support in product selections for email when required.
  • Support in monitoring online performance and trading for whole site alongside email channel.
  • Ad-hoc support for the Ecomm team as and when required.

About You:

To be a star candidate, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in email marketing/CRM, with a preference for ecommerce experience within luxury fashion/beauty industry.
  • Previous experience with an email service provider (ESP) is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience with ecom reporting and KPIs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
  • Willingness to take initiative, work autonomously, and tackle complex situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability within a dynamic environment
  • Creative with entrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently.
  • Must be a good team player, with experience working within a cross-functional, high impact team.
  • Open-minded with positive thinking, good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, able to think from others’ perspective.
