As Supply Chain Team Lead, you are responsible for coordinating supply chain activities for assigned warehouses and Tollers/Contract Manufacturers within the UK. Together with the team, your goal is to achieve the target balance between cost, service and inventory while ensuring deployment of best practices. A key role to ensure we continue to do great things together and exceed customer expectations.

What will you do?

  • Manage Supply Chain activity for the assigned warehouse(s), tollers and contract manufacturers.
  • Support sourcing 3rd party logistics provider and tolling manufacturer together with procurement and regional Supply Chain team, managing the overall performance and relationship with the vendors, provide direction and expectation to improve the logistics/production performance, while managing costs in line with the budget.
  • Organize transportation aligned with freight strategy and the supply schedule from manufacturing sites.
  • Receive goods into warehouse and manages returns of products to production sites or other warehouses
  • Ensure compliance to local trade and customs regulations as well as ensures appropriate administration of the transactions within scope
  • Accountable for OTIF performance consistent with aligned targets. Ensure accurate reporting of late order reason codes. Resolve customer complaints related to scheduling and local shipments.
  • Ensure process alignment through effective and collaborative relationships with commercial IBP Team, Operations, Finance, Contract Manuf. Managers and supplying sites.
  • Manage unfit for use (UFU) inventory for their respective site(s).
  • Manage work orders from creation to close, including analysis of variances for assigned Tollers/Contract Manufacturers.
  • Lead cycle counting process and the required inventory adjustments for respective sites and Tollers/Contract Manufacturers.
  • Manage Team according to standards, values, and methods, including goal setting, annual performance reviews, development planning, compensation proposals to HR (Human Resources).
  • Drive consistent deployment of scheduling and logistics process through team of direct reports. Act as process coach for direct reports working closely with global process owner.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a similar role in the supply chain area within an international trade environment and a strong logistics/shipping background. We are looking for a leader with the ability to work cross-functional as part of a regional team.
