A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a positive and enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced Academic Quality Unit. Our mission is to drive excellence through high quality, professional service which maintains academic quality and governance standards, whilst underpinning an outstanding student experience. As a Student Casework Officer, you will assist the team by overseeing the effective operational management of UCEM’s student complaints and appeals procedures. Oversee the effective operational management of UCEM’s student appeals and complaints procedures.
Attend Academic Misconduct Panel meetings as the Academic Quality Unit representative, to ensure that procedure is followed and that the minutes accurately reflect the discussions at the meeting.
Work with the Director of Academic Quality in disseminating key quality issues across UCEM including delivering quality related training.
GCSE Maths and English Language Grade C or 4 or above.
Experience extracting, analysing and interpreting information including data to produce written reports.
Effective planning, co-ordination and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
