As an Apprenticeship Outcomes Officer, you will play a key part of apprentice’s programmes through the undertaking of high-quality progress monitoring, supporting both students and employers within an allocated caseload. Not only will you be motivating students but also engaging both apprentices and employers to ensure a high-quality apprenticeship provision which meets their needs and requirements.

Schedule, plan for and undertake high-quality progress monitoring and review activity for an allocated apprentice caseload.
Monitor apprentice’s participation in off-the-job training.
Support the implementation of outstanding Safeguarding practice.

Level 3 qualification or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum level 2 Maths and English qualifications (grade C or above) – we will require evidence of this for Ofsted.
Experience monitoring and reviewing learner/apprentice progress.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
