Senior Digital Marketing Executive
Attendance: Full-time onsite at Haydock Industrial Park, with visits to our site in Cumbria, other events and the opportunity to work up to two days a week from home.
Permanent / Full time – either across four or five days.

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing This is a new role, supporting continued growth across the business following Delkia winning Growing Business of the Year, BECBC 2024. This role focuses on crafting engaging content, managing social media platforms, and telling our brand story across multiple channels. working across all aspects of marketing and comms. You will play a pivotal role in connecting with our audience, both internally and externally, while ensuring consistency in our brand messaging.
The team consists of a Marketing and Communications Manager and a Digital Marketing Executive. There are plans in mid-2026 to take on a junior Marketing Executive to allow each Executive to concentrate on one of our two main market sectors: nuclear and defence.
Digital marketing campaigns
Developing high-quality, engaging written content tailored for various platforms, including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and press releases.
Internal and External Communications:
Craft compelling brand stories and messages to communicate our mission and values. Ensuring all content aligns with our tone of voice and brand guidelines.
Support internal communications initiatives by creating newsletters, announcements, and updates.
Support the planning, scheduling, and management of external comms across platforms.
Monitor social media trends and engagement, responding to comments and messages promptly.
Website Development and Management:
Work with the team to ensure the website reflects our latest news, events, and campaigns.
Update our website and internal SharePoint sites; creating new pages and content as required.
You will be expected to learn about our core market sectors, conduct competitor research, and work closely with our sales team to ensure they have the marketing materials they need to support their activities.
Demonstrable experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role.
Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a flair for storytelling and tailoring content for different audiences.
A passion for creating innovative and impactful content, with the ability to design and produce social media posts, etc., Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure high-quality content.
Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or other relevant qualification(s)
