As our Employee Experience and Communication Manager in the European Measurement Solutions HR team, you’ll be at the heart of what makes our culture special. Join us and help turn everyday experiences into something extraordinary.
Lead engagement, culture, and communication initiatives.
Manage surveys, onboarding, and mentoring programs.
HR & Leadership Planning
Design agendas and content for leadership meetings.
Communication
Define and optimize communication strategies.
Create social media and branding content.
Measure effectiveness and ensure engaging, aligned communication.
You are passionate about making an impact and bringing fresh thinking to how we engage and communicate across Europe. You push yourself to deliver meaningful results, and you are comfortable challenging the status quo with thoughtful, creative solutions.
You write with clarity and ease, and you genuinely enjoy connecting with people, shaping stories, and helping teams stay aligned and inspired.
Proven experience building relationships and communicating with all audiences
Experience leading events and training programs, from development to delivery, in collaboration with key partners
Proficiency in English and local language
Willingness to travel
