The role is Junior Sous Chef position and is to help deliver an exceptional dining experience and most importantly be a role model and have a fantastic attitude working with in a brigade of 34 chefs. You will be jointly responsible for the day-to-day running of your section. Working with the Executive Head Chef and Executive Sous Chef you will help create menu's for the 3 rosette restaurant using the very best locally sourced organic produce, including award winning meats, fish and cheese fresh from surrounding area. This stunning resort offers multiple dining experiences including a 3 rosette fine dining restaurant, wine with much of the produce home grown or with in a 20 mile radius. Working with other creative minds to create maximum client satisfaction and where no two days are the same. What's involved? You will require experience in similar 4 or 5 star establishments with 3 rosettes and as well as amazing culinary background you will need a fanatic people skills and the ability to communicate with the rest of the team to hit the high attention to detail.
