Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with one of Northern Irelands best resorts in near Enniskillen and we have a fantastic opportunity for an Junior Sous Chef to join their team.

The role is Junior Sous Chef position and is to help deliver an exceptional dining experience and most importantly be a role model and have a fantastic attitude working with in a brigade of 34 chefs. Working with the Executive Head Chef and Executive Sous Chef you will help create menu's for the 3 rosette restaurant using the very best locally sourced organic produce, including award winning meats, fish and cheese fresh from surrounding area.

This stunning resort offers multiple dining experiences including a 3 rosette fine dining restaurant, wine with much of the produce home grown or with in a 20 mile radius. Working with other creative minds to create maximum client satisfaction and where no two days are the same.
