Job Title: JavaScript SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

Location: London based, Hybrid

About the Role:

We are working with a dynamic IT services company seeking a talented JavaScript SDET to join their growing team. As a JavaScript SDET, you will play a vital role in designing and building automated test frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of web applications and services across various client projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about automation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test suites using JavaScript and frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, and Mocha.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create robust test strategies, plans, and cases.
  • Execute functional, performance, and regression testing to ensure software quality and stability.
  • Report and track defects, working closely with developers to facilitate quick resolution.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of testing methodologies and the adoption of best practices across the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Jest, Mocha).
  • Familiarity with web development concepts, including REST APIs and
