Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver high-impact, cross-functional projects across multiple business areas.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align project goals and outcomes.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and regular updates.
  • Support the alignment of projects with the company’s sustainability and social impact goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the Insurance industry, managing complex projects, preferably in fast-paced or purpose-driven environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • A values-driven mindset that aligns with sustainability, community focus, and ethical business practices.
  • Experience in working with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • A passion for innovation, with a track record of identifying and implementing improvements.
  • An understanding of or interest in cycling, outdoor activities, or sustainability is a plus.
