Structured Finance VP - Infrastructure
A leading bank is seeking an experienced VP Level to join its Infrastructure Team (Origination, Structuring & Execution) based in the City of London. Fluency in English and Additional European Language is highly desirable to faciliate client engagement and deal flow across Europe.
Originate and execute infrastructure debt transactions, including project finance and acquisition finance.
Lead transaction structuring, credit analysis, and internal approval processes.
3-5 years of experience in Structured Finance or Project Finance, preferably within a bank, advisory firm, or infrastructure fund.
~ Strong financial modelling and credit analysis skills.
~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
~ Fluency in English required; French, Spanish or Italian language skills strongly preferred.
