Structured Finance VP - Infrastructure

A leading bank is seeking an experienced VP Level to join its Infrastructure Team (Origination, Structuring & Execution) based in the City of London. This role focusses on originating, structuring and executing complex infrastructure transactions across Europe & the UK. Fluency in English and Additional European Language is highly desirable to faciliate client engagement and deal flow across Europe.

Your new role

  • Originate and execute infrastructure debt transactions, including project finance and acquisition finance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, advisors, and other market participants.
  • Lead transaction structuring, credit analysis, and internal approval processes.
  • Manage due diligence and coordinate with external advisors.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across European offices.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • 3-5 years of experience in Structured Finance or Project Finance, preferably within a bank, advisory firm, or infrastructure fund.
  • Strong financial modelling and credit analysis skills.
  • Proven track record in executing infrastructure transactions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluency in English required; French, Spanish or Italian language skills strongly preferred.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
