We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultancy Operations Manager to join our team in the UK. The Consultancy Operations Manager will play a critical role in managing various aspects of quality assurance, technical support, product management, and learning & development within our organisation.

Lead on Ark’s consultancy software tools, including development, maintenance, and training.
New starter training and onboarding lead, lead on mentoring programmes for consultants to strengthen our culture.
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to our clients.
Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and technical advancements, and keep the organization informed about relevant technical updates and updates to the portfolio of products and services.
Establish and maintain quality control measures to monitor and evaluate the performance and conformance of our services and solutions, supporting BAFE accreditation, skills matrix / skills matrix improvements, and linking competency framework with skills matrix.
Develop and implement a competence management system to ensure that employees possess the necessary skills and qualifications to deliver high-quality services.
Provide technical management supported by a technical team and support to ensure the successful implementation and execution of projects and initiatives.
Identify learning and development needs within the organisation and design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in safety consulting.
Monitor and analysis of quality metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in safety consulting and incorporate them into the organisation's processes and systems.

Bachelor's degree and or exposure in a relevant field (e.g., Proven experience in quality assurance, technical support, product management, and learning & development within the safety consulting industry (an advantage).
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using software.
Continuous improvement / growth mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality services and solutions.
This is a hybrid role with travel to London required.
