Clinically Sound is thrilled to partner with a leading charity to support the expansion of their Clinical and Therapy Services. We are recruiting for a Registered Learning Disability Nurse/Mental Health Nurse to join a dedicated multi-disciplinary team providing person-centred care. This charity is committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, complex learning disorders, neurological impairments, and other complex support needs, supporting individuals from ages 11 to end of life.

This organisation has over 120 years of expertise and a GOOD rating from the CQC. Recently, they received the Chief Nurse England - Adult Social Care Nursing Team award for outstanding care. In this role, you will work with Specialist Nurses and the wider MDT to shape the future of Learning Disability/Mental Health Nursing.

Hold a recognised Learning Disability Nursing/Mental Health Degree Qualification (or equivalent).

* Be a registered member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

* Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and experience working with Learning Disabilities and Autism

* Show a successful track record for enhancing and improving outcomes for people with complex needs and learning disabilities as part of a multidisciplinary team.

* Be able to manage a caseload and prioritise, with support, demonstrating the ability to problem-solve and plan ahead.
