The primary responsibilities of the role will include setting up and operating flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality labels. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all printed materials meet the required specifications and quality standards.

Follow all safety procedures in operating equipment and performance of job duties
Operate Flexographic Printing equipment according to procedures and job specifications
Ensuring that jobs are produced to the highest quality (ISO 9001), food (BRC) and PS9000 (Pharmaceutical) standards and that relevant SOP’s are adhered to at all times
To work with Shift Supervisor to continually improve quality, processes and production efficiencies.
Advising the Shift Supervisor if any tooling is not performing as well as is expected so that, if necessary, replacements can be purchased.
Maintain and set AVT inspection equipment to ensure optimum effectiveness and quality standards.
Adjusting and recording ink mixes, if approved by the Shift supervisor
Experience in the labels industry with relevant experience of flexographic printing
Enthusiasm and determination to excel.

Shifts:
One week rotating shift pattern, Monday - Friday:
The salary is entirely negotiable depending on experience, as an industry leading company they are willing to pay above and beyond the going rate depending on the candidate.
