Dynamic (hybrid) working : 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification

As a reliability engineer, understanding the system and its operating context is crucial to mitigating reliability risks. This role requires pragmatism and a solid appreciation that reliability results from good engineering, not just compliance with numerical targets and ensuring the customer's satisfaction by using a range of techniques and approaches to provide the most cost-effective evidence. Good knowledge of complex electronic systems and the associated reliability issues (but other engineering subject areas may be considered for candidates with the right strengths in other areas).
Fully appreciates that reliability is not just a number, and has experience of reliability planning, analysis and testing during development.
Demonstrable knowledge of the relationship between the reliability life-cycle and the system engineering processes.
