Working with work-based learners and delivering apprenticeships, you’ll provide the support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications. You’ll also help them to achieve transferable skills (in Maths and English) if needed, managing your own admin along the way.
What will you bring to the role?
- Sound knowledge and understanding of ICT systems with industry experience
- Passion for developing others to succeed.
- Willingness to learn and develop ongoing sector knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Maths, or willingness to improve
- Experience of working autonomously
- Familiarity of working in a high-demand environment, delivering to targets and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, presenting and listening skills
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
