As a service delivery Lead you will be responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to our client. Overseeing a variety of tasks, such as leading project teams both offshore and onsite. Resolving reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets. As a service delivery you will be involved in boosting the user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed customer demands
Lead UK's local application tower with strong techno domain expertise in UK's business processes.

To oversee multiple projects or initiatives. Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery
Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
Analysing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization
Actively involved in Software enhancements, demand planning and software enhancements as part of service delivery.
Anticipate, track and manage risks/ impediments and drive resolution.
Report to program management office and steering committee on the overall health of the tower, delivery quality and progress of tasks.
Experience in Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban methodologies.
Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring service availability, and addressing any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance governance to mitigate risks.
Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the implementation of proposed solutions under guidance
Engage in identifying enhancement opportunities and demand along with forecast planning and as part of service delivery

Demonstrates commitment, takes accountability, oversees projects, and drives improvements.
Works across teams, engages stakeholders, and supports diversity and inclusion.
