Join a well-established Telco as an Account Director, where you will leverage your strong Advertising Agency background to contribute to award-winning, high-profile, and exciting brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid brand knowledge, production expertise, and confidence in briefing creative teams. You will work on both social and brand campaigns, delivering from a production standpoint while collaborating with producers.
As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the company's creative projects. You will ensure that everyone involved is clear on their roles and responsibilities, bringing calm, authoritative discipline to the creative process and commanding respect from colleagues and internal customers at all levels. You will work closely with the Creative Director and the Operations Lead, developing positive working relationships both internally and externally. This role offers a unique opportunity to help define the company culture and ways of working.
Proven track record in managing multi-channel creative campaigns.
Excellent commercial tracking skills.
Experience working with stakeholders, creative teams, and producers.
In-depth knowledge of the creative and design process, with an understanding of production processes.
Ability to take and interpret creative briefs effectively.
Capability to read and translate media schedules to facilitate the creative process.
