Senior Project Manager

You will play a key role in managing the complete lifecycle of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects from initial proposal to successful completion. This role requires a strong focus on safety, budget adherence, and client satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Lead project teams in estimating, engineering, procurement, construction management, and project controls.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project specific policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Lead the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Report project progress, budget, schedule, and risks to senior management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the company.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to travel as required.
