Contract ERP Data Migration Lead - Global ERP Transformation Yorkshire HQ – 2/3 days a week
WRK digital are partnered with a thriving global business that are seeking a Contract Data Migration Lead for an initial 6 month contract, outside IR35, as the business embark on an exciting ERP transformation programme.

You will Lead the Design, development and delivery of large-scale data migration solutions for a multi-national ERP migration programme.

The Data Migration Lead will help define and then own the data migration strategy in conjunction with the programme Data Lead and the technical service teams, ensuring robust controls, methodologies, metrics and test events are built into the wider programme plan to guarantee very high quality, on-time execution in both non-production and production environments.

Design data migration solutions, develop specifications, and presents solutions to senior leadership for inclusion in the wider programme plan.
- Perform planning, modelling, analysis and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery of migrated data.
- Assess the compatibility of source and target data models and propose suitable ETL solutions to ensure an effective and efficient ERP data migration.
- Manage the impact of functional gaps and project change requests from a data perspective to ensure appropriate consideration, identifying risks and mitigations as required.
- Typically, 8+ years experience in ERP implementation programmes including 3 full lifecycle implementations in either a Data Lead / Manager role, preferably international (multi-currency, multilingual)
- Experience in a range of ETL tools and techniques, including data quality management
- Good relationship building and communication skills and the ability to influence a variety of people across the business
- This is not a development/coding role although prior hands-on experience is beneficial

This position is offering a hybrid working split of 2-3 days in their head office in Leeds and the remainder working remotely.
