Temp Station are delighted to announce we are currently recruiting for a further Training Resourcer/Consultant to join our already established branch in Normanton (WF6)

Short description: This is an opportunity to work in a small/established/experienced team in the Normanton area whilst learning all the workings of a Recruitment/Logistics company. In turn, allowing you to grow your career and be rewarded as you develop your skills.

Job Duties (please note full training will be provided and experience is not essential):

  1. Screening CVS and conducting telephone and face to face interview
  2. Placing adverts across all accessible job boards
  3. General Office administration, filing, data input and in-house systems
  4. Developing a full understanding of all parts of the business, from the recruitment side to our logistics business
  5. Daily telephone check in's with clients to ensure all candidates are onsite
  6. Client relationships, building on new and old clients
  7. Updating the database with all candidate/client information

Future prospects description: This is an open-ended position. As the person grows within the company, we will encourage you to develop your key strengths and progress to your fullest potential.

About the Candidate: Friendly, approachable, willingness to learn, computer literate.

Qualifications required: Maths and English
