Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for construction roles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
