As a Design Manager, you will be at the forefront of their creative endeavours, leading a team of talented designers to bring our vision to life. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver projects that redefine industry standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of design in collaboration with a passionate and dynamic team reporting to the Lead Design Manager.
Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure project success
Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative design solutions
Conduct regular site visits to ensure design integrity and quality control
Proven experience as a Design Manager or similar role
Experience with similar scale company and projects
Proficiency in design software and all relevant IT
Excellent project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality
