Due to business growth a new opportunity has arisen to join the Safety Team at Impact Food Group.
We are looking for someone who’s creative and enthusiastic to become the new Health and Safety Business Partner .
This is a regional role will involve regional travel and on occasion national travel, supporting our sites (Catering) across England.
We are offering competitive salary and car allowance.
Providing assistance to the Health and Safety Director in the management of all matters relating to food safety, health and safety and food allergen safety across the company.
Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that we can provide the safest workplaces and complaint working environments.
Creating, promoting, motivating excellent food safety, health and safety and allergen management through various initiatives across the company.
Acting as a trusted advisor on all food safety, allergen management and health & safety matters
Ensuring that Impact Food Group complies with its legal obligations and achieves its strategic aims to minimise the risks to our employees and organisation.
Being responsible for completion of audits, inspections, investigations, and risk assessments.
Alongside the Health and Safety Director you will, play an active role in leading the continual improvement in H&S performance through monthly reporting, management meetings, delivering training and communicating information in user-friendly language that is engaging.
With your professional qualifications and established experience within Food Safety and Health and Safety , you will bring new ideas and innovative ways of working safely and supporting people’s wellbeing.

It is Essential that you have at least NVQ L4 in Food Hygiene and NVQ L4 Health and Safety
~2 years’ experience working within a Food Safety/ Health and Safety position
~ A background in a Food Safety environment as a manager covering multiple sites would be advantageous
~ An understanding and experience in working within a contract catering or retail catering environment is desirable


Monday to Friday working
~25 days holiday plus 8 Bank holidays
