You’ll be the go-to expert for benefits across the EMEA region, shaping and evolving programs that touch thousands of employees. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the design, implementation, and governance of employee benefits across multiple EMEA countries Partner with internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, Finance) and external vendors to ensure compliance, competitiveness, and cost-effectiveness Lead annual renewals, benchmarking, and vendor negotiations Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and senior stakeholders on all things benefits-related Monitor legislative changes and market trends to keep programs future-fit Drive continuous improvement and harmonization across the region Who We’re Looking For A seasoned benefits professional with deep EMEA experience - ideally across multiple countries Strong knowledge of statutory and supplementary benefits, including pensions, insurances, wellness, and leave policies Exceptional stakeholder management skills - credible, consultative, and commercially savvy Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Someone who can operate at a strategic level but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
