Edmundson Electrical are looking to recruit, train and develop 3 ambitious graduates to join the Systems & Procedures department as Graduate Systems Analysts, based out of their Service Centre (which acts as a Head Office). There are different job roles available, you will NOT rotate through the different divisions, but secure an entry level permanent position with a training and career path to help you succeed. You may be considered for different IT-related roles in order to make sure you find the right career pathway for you. Graduate Systems Analyst As a Graduate Systems Trainee your role will aim to understand the partnerships between technology and the business. It involves the testing and implementation of current and new technologies within the organisation. Alongside your full time role you will gain industry recognised training: Including BCS- The Chartered Institute for IT, ISTQB Certified Tester, or Prince2 Qualifications in Project Management. Systems and Design Analysis- Understanding issues that face the business prior to implementing a new one. Writing user guides on newly implemented systems, policies and procedures.
Testing systems internally to see where they can be improved and to identify any bugs.
You will liaise on a daily basis with other departments and trading locations across Edmundson Electrical businesses as a whole and must feel comfortable speaking with a variety of people, querying things that may not appear correct and implementing new procedures as and when needed.
Although you will have specific duties, Edmundson are looking for candidates that are happy to help in any area that is needed, being a team player and chipping in as and when you can Commutable to Knutsford Head Office 5 days a week
25,000 base salary rising to £28,000 after probation period
