Responsibilities

  • Monitor existing vendors' performance, ensuring adherence to contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics.
  • Address any non-performance or non-compliance issues promptly.
  • Establish frameworks and processes for evaluating and selecting vendor solutions across different business areas.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors to identify and mitigate risks while maximizing ROI.
  • Coordinate interactions between vendors and internal project managers during project implementations.
  • Commercial Experience:
  • Provide expertise in commercial dealings with global vendors for a multinational organization.

Responsibilities

Day Rate completelely negotiable to experience

  • Vendor Management:
    • Monitor existing vendors' performance, ensuring adherence to contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics.
    • Address any non-performance or non-compliance issues promptly.
    • Establish frameworks and processes for evaluating and selecting vendor solutions across different business areas.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Foster strong relationships with vendors to identify and mitigate risks while maximizing ROI.
    • Coordinate interactions between vendors and internal project managers during project implementations.
  • Commercial Experience:
    • Provide expertise in commercial dealings with global vendors for a multinational organization.
Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Significant experience managing Vendors for multinational organizations.
    • Proven track record of managing a large portfolio of vendors and service providers.
    • Experience with projects and contracts of varying sizes, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Framework Design:
    • Experience in designing and managing Vendor Management Frameworks and Vendor Performance Management Frameworks.
  • Authorization:
    • Candidates must demonstrate authorization to work in United Kingdom.

  • Negotiation Skills:
    • High level of negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms and agreements with vendors.
  • Attention to Detail:
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing contracts and vendor relationships.
  • Organizational Skills:
    • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple vendors and contracts effectively.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills to liaise with vendors, internal stakeholders, and finance teams.
