We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Coordinator of Learning - Science to lead our science department in delivering an outstanding curriculum and fostering a passion for scientific inquiry among our students. As Coordinator of Learning, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the delivery of the science curriculum, supporting teachers, and promoting excellence across the department. Our newly appointed candidate will continue the development and implementation of Science across the academy and have the opportunity to develop the KS3 MYP Curriculum. Supporting the Deputy Director of Learning, you will help raise the quality of teaching and learning in the department for all of our students.

The basis of this role is full-time, permanent and offering a salary of MPS/UPS commensurate with experience plus a TLR2A (£3,409). Nearly 40% of our academies are judged outstanding overall by Ofsted, versus 15% nationally. In addition, the Trust is responsible for one of the region’s biggest initial teaching training organisations, a large teaching school hub and is an accredited apprenticeship provider.
