Job Description :

As a Sales Account Executive , you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships. You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and work closely with our sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our products/services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
