We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support to join our Technology Services Group team. This role is located in Manchester (hybrid) and is project-oriented with an emphasis on the EMEA region.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Global Network management providing operational leadership/oversight for incidents, changes, and problems.
- Delivery Management & Coordination of efforts to meet our Program & Projects timelines.
- Team Management / Leadership – Manage direct members of staff with responsibilities for administration, workload coordination, and HR matters.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management & active participation to ensure job completion.
- Operational leadership with mindfulness of risk and client needs.
- Team leadership with the ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead others.
- Assertive stakeholder engagement and task management.
- Demonstrated ability to provide operational leadership and oversight for incidents, changes, and problems.
- Proven track record of effectively coordinating efforts to meet program and project timelines.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing direct reports, including administrative responsibilities and workload coordination.
