Account Executive

Our client are an industry leading experiential and shopper marketing agency who manage all in-store and out-of-store experiential events and activations for some of the most well known FMCG and retail brands.
They’re now looking for a commercially driven, creatively minded Account Director with a passion for experiential marketing, social-first storytelling, and retail innovation. You’ll lead the strategic development and delivery of immersive brand experiences for major clients. From in-store activations to integrated experiential and social campaigns, you’ll bring brands to life while identifying new business opportunities, leading pitches, and growing account value.
Client & Account Development
Own and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, managing relationships independently
Identify opportunities to increase spend and expand services through strategic account planning
Develop proposals and solutions aligned to client objectives, brand strategy, and market insight
Sales, Pitches & Commercials
Lead and contribute to pitches, proposals, and creative briefs
Manage complex quotations, margins, and financial processes, supporting junior team members
Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Campaign Management to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget
Ensure clear communication of KPIs, timelines, and commercial requirements
Coach and support junior team members, leading by example
Proven account management experience, ideally within an experiential agency
Consistent history of achieving targets and identifying growth opportunities.
