Work life balance will be described as fast paced and challenging, without silly long hours.As a Customer Success Co-ordinator, you’ll play a crucial role ensuring every customer receives a smooth onboarding process.We would love some prior experience in a similar role within a SaaS product environment. You will be committed to a Customer Success first approach, this mindset is key.Expert in articulating technical to the non-technical.Ideally you will have some experience with Content Management Systems of Customer Success tools.A little about the role:- Manage customer relationships from the point of sale through to successful implementation- Help our customers define their needs and manage their timeline towards seeing value- Facilitate our discovery process, the Customer Success Blueprint (CSB) with key stakeholders to gather and validate pain points, challenges and to define success- Translate and communicate complex requirements effortlessly.
