IT Trackside Support Engineer
Are you passionate about motorsport and technology? We have an exciting opportunity for a Trackside IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic team at a prestigious client site in the Midlands. This role is ideal for an IT professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and excels in delivering top-tier customer service.

You'll provide critical infrastructure and network support in a high-performance setting, ensuring smooth operations both trackside and off.

Deliver 1st class IT operational support, particularly in Trackside & TestOps areas, ensuring uninterrupted service during race seasons.
Collaboration: Work closely with a small, specialized team to support key stakeholders and maintain exceptional IT service.
Race Day IT Support: Provide dedicated 24/7 remote support to trackside staff during high-pressure race days and testing.
Identify and implement enhancements to IT services and processes to improve reliability, performance, and security.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office/365, Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN). Experience with storage systems and performance monitoring tools is beneficial.
ITIL Knowledge: ITIL Foundation certification is required, along with practical experience in service management.
Flexibility: Willingness to provide out-of-hours support, including on-site trackside and race team assistance, on a rota basis.

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
