A Senior Residential Support Worker is required to strengthen my client's care team in a Residential Childcare Setting in the Westbury area.

Details of the Senior Support Worker vacancies and what the client is offering:

A permanent, full-time contract with 4 "Sleep-ins" per month (Approx. £Great pay rates from £35,980 to £40,252 per annum, depending on experience
Supportive work environment with development and career growth opportunities
£1,000 welcome bonus once completed probation and £1,000 loyalty bonus after 12 months of employmentAs Senior Support Worker you'll be a part of taking care of our young people day to day, making sure things run smoothly and creating lasting memories. As a shift leader you will also make sure that the staff team are supported and the home is operating at our high standards, prepared to step up to deputise for the Team Leaders.

What the home is looking for in a Senior Support Worker:

Desirable to have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care or equivalent
Full UK driving licence which has been held for at least 12 months
