The successful Regional Quality Manager will be willing to travel across sites in the South East and be a vital contributor to major projects across the UK, where the business are committed to excellence, innovation, and sustainable development.

As a Quality Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that sites and departments adhere to company procedures and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting audits, providing support to site teams, facilitating business development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

As the Regional Quality Manager you will be responsible for:
Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with management system requirements.
Provide reports on compliance and performance against client requirements, identifying and mitigating key issues.
Attend quality and HSEQSIM meetings to contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
Offer guidance and support to site teams, assisting with initiatives and improvement projects.
Facilitate the development of key project handover documents and address project-level challenges.
Assist in the preparation of quality management aspects for tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires.
Actively promote the Quality improvement programme, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Successful Regional Quality Manager will hold:

Experience within an Quality position within the construction or infrastructure industries
