Enrolment Specialist – Join Our Growing Team in St Albans Salary: £26,000 (rising to £28,000 from 1st March 2026) + Bonus
Location: Onsite – St Albans Office
Hours: Full-time. 9:00–5:30 (Mon–Fri) with 1 weekend in 3 (TOIL).
From 1 March , this moves to a 12:30–9:00pm shift with 1 weekend in 3.
Start: 12th January 2026

As an Enrolment Specialist , you’ll play a key role in guiding prospective students through one of the most important decisions of their lives — choosing a degree that could transform their future.
As an Enrolment Specialist, you will:

Manage your own pipeline of prospective students through our Salesforce CRM
Work closely with Senior Specialists & the Enrolment Manager
Passion for helping people make life-changing decisions
Competitive Salary: £26,000, rising to £28,000 on 1st March

This role is fully onsite in our St Albans office — you’ll be surrounded by a friendly, upbeat, supportive team.
Training Period
~ Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (onsite)

From Training Until 1st March
~ Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm
