Our Tax team is seeking an Private Tax Adviser . You will ensure compliance and quality standards are always maintained, client needs are identified, providing proactive support and advice, adhering to our client care programme and ensure client relationships are within our legislative framework, compliance and quality standards. The Duncan & Toplis group is one of the UK’s top regional accountancy firms, specialising in accountancy, tax, and business advice, as well as supporting clients with legal services, IT support, and wealth management. Delivering all elements of a tax project, tax advice or tax compliance with supervision (review) by your manager or director.
Training assistant team members, including regularly reviewing their work to ensure that client requirements are actioned.
Managing your workflow and client expectations, using your specialist knowledge and skills to add value to the bookkeeping hub.
Developing working relationships with clients and assisting in all aspects of the company’s relationships with them to maximise yield and performance.
Identifying areas of risk and viable opportunities for both current clients and potential clients.
Possessing either partial or full CTA, ACA or ACCA qualifications or experienced as a Tax Lead
Must have UK Accounting / Practice experience
Must have UK Private Tax advisory experience.
