We’d like to think we have the potential to do something special and, as a growing startup, we're looking for our first-ever Pharma Ops Co-ordinator to join our rapidly growing UK team.

As Pharma Ops Co-ordinator you will play a supporting role within our industry-leading Orders System, where we service retail and wholesale channels across the UK. This System comprises of core functions (Procurement, Distribution, Data, Customer Experience) and, whilst we are extremely proud of what we have built so far, we know we are just getting started if we are to be the #1 Medical Cannabis business in the UK. To play this role effectively, you will help to provide support for the wider team and be our telescope, spotting where we need to bolt on improvements and address risks - all whilst remembering our key mantra "Compliance Is Our Competitiveness"

Working closely with the Pharma Ops Lead in a highly regulated environment, we are looking for an individual with a sense of purpose – something that will help manage the uniquities of working in a startup environment in the novel setting of medical cannabis. Assist in processing pharmaceutical orders across retail and wholesale channels
Support the various systems in place to manage the business, helping to further develop them as the business grows
Work alongisde Team Quality to help drive pharmaceutical compliance throughout the Orders System, following Good Distribution Practice principles
Play a leading role in managing our wonderful customer base, and assist in building processes to be the very best for them (and their patients)
Perform basic data analytics
Work closely with the Pharma Ops Lead in a highly regulated environment

1-3 years working experience, but we are open to applicants coming from diverse backgrounds and paths
~ Proficient in Microsoft Excel
~ Highly regarded bonus: medical cannabis experience, startup experience


Undergraduate degree in Economics/Math/Data Science or equivalent field is preferred, but we are open to applicants coming from diverse backgrounds and paths
