Are you an experienced Reception Manager or Front of House professional who thrives on creating exceptional first impressions and bringing people together? We’re looking for someone collaborative and confident to become the central hub of a growing office.
Our client, a rapidly expanding digital enterprise investment firm, has recently moved into beautifully renovated offices with panoramic views and they’re now seeking a Front of House Manager who will play a key role in shaping the experience of both visitors and the internal team.

Working as part of a close-knit team of three, you will take ownership of the reception area, lead by example, and help foster a supportive, unified environment. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating daily activity, ensuring seamless meeting room management, supporting events, and proactively handling any issues that arise.

You will have Reception/Front of House experience with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience, ideally within the investment or wider professional services sector.


A confident user of technology, able to navigate digital tools and systems with ease

Meeting Room Management: Office Support: Assisting with events, admin tasks, and day-to-day operational needs to keep the office running smoothly
This is 6 month to perm role. This role does have the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right person.

The successful candidate can start in January, but the firm is also interviewing immediately available candidates now.
