Solis Recruitment has proudly partnered with an award-winning Creative and Branding Agency on the lookout for a talented Senior Strategist to join their team in London.
They work with a range of well-known clients across the Education, Technology, B2C and Charity sectors, leveraging data and insights to create multi-channel campaigns that elevate and enhance brands with a strategic eye for the future.
Our client has built a close-knit culture to support your career and provide progression. The role will suit a Senior Strategist who wants to work on purpose driven campaigns, push boundaries and enjoys working within a collaborative environment.
The Senior Strategist will be responsible for designing and leading on primary research (Quant and Qual) and utilising insights to create compelling narratives to support clients in elevating or redeveloping their brand strategy and building multi-channel campaigns to best reach their audiences.
Understanding clients goals and objectives, gathering key insights and translating data into creative brand strategies.
* Delivering strategic client work, including facilitating workshops, writing and presenting research and planning decks.
* Taking a fresh approach and ideas to the project, delivering innovative and insightful thoughts that communicate the brand and support clients to reach their objectives.
* Creating and running client-facing strategic workshops with senior client stakeholders, writing research, and planning decks, facilitating focus groups and working of a variety of different projects to support clients overcome a wide-array of challenges.
* Also working with research partners on bespoke projects (qualitative and quantitative research).
* Working closely with the Strategy Director and collaborate across internal teams (Strategy, Client Partnerships and Creative departments).
To be successful in your application you have gained at least 4+ years working across brand strategy, campaign planning and insights within an agency / consultancy environment. You will be comfortable at presenting creative and compelling concepts to an array of client stakeholders and with a sound rationale of how it will help clients reach their audiences.
Working at a Senior Strategist level, with experience in leading on projects, working across internal departments, building strong client relations and experience in supporting clients from the Education, Technology or B2B sectors.
* Experience in research, data analysis and statistical analysis, deciphering key findings to create a robust strategy and translate insights into a story that can influence and drive change.
* Have demonstrable experience in leading brand-building processes and understand the world of brand and its breadth of deliverables (e.g. brand strategy, brand architecture etc), using research tools to distil information into a concise and effective strategy.
* Understand the campaign process and the requirements that come with it, while also appreciating its role within broader brand building.
* Bachelor level degree in marketing, business or similar. Marketing, Branding, Campaign qualifications and / or courses.
* Passionate about, and experienced in, thought leadership and content creation for the agency (or personally).
* Knowledge and passion for specialist topics surrounding the world of marketing and branding e.g. technology, AI etc.
The role will suit a Senior Strategist who likes to work on varied projects, has a willingness to test new approaches, approaches projects with curiosity and enjoys learning and developing.
Hybrid working (3 days a week in Central London - Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
