Technical Solutions/Sales Assistant - Gloucester Based
We are working with one of the fastest growing Network and Infrastructure providers, who deliver cutting edge technical solutions to the Defence, National Security and commercial sectors. This is an opportunity to join a business during a growth stage, with huge potential to be a key individual in the future development and success.

You will collaborate with clients and partner technical experts to ensure the successful deployment of IT solutions. You will be responsible for utilizing CRM, producing quotes, invoicing clients, delivery reports. Engagement: Engage with clients in parallel with the Head of Sales, to understand their technical needs, challenges, and objectives, to build strong relationships and trust. Be structured and organised by ensuring the everyday workflow of responsibilities is maintained using CRM tools, weekly report outs to clients, monitoring mailboxes, use of Frameworks portals and creation of sales documentation.
Provide post-implementation technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the optimal functioning of deployed solutions.
Offer training and guidance to clients on using and maintaining the technology solutions. Downtime to be used with vendor training.
Experience in designing and implementing IT solutions for clients.
Proficient in technical solutions relevant to the companies partners’ products and services, ie hardware, software, cloud services, and network technologies.
Experience in sales or a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
