The role will focus on the day to day running of the office, deparentments, supervisiors and on going projects. The ideal canddiate will have had previous experience in a Facilities firm, have great people management skills and be focused on driving the business forward positively.
Primary Duties
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies
- Support the Directors in achieving the agreed financial budget
- Recruit, motivate and retain the best staff and engineers to deliver high levels of customer service
- Develop an effective empowered complimentary team
- Achieve the highest standards of customer service and service delivery
- Treat client relationships as our most valuable assets and achieve the KPI’s
- Operate a high level of control and maximise productivity
- Identify, manage and advise the Directors of any commercial risks
- Ensure accurate monthly financial and departmental reporting
