They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a consolidated ERP system. This crucial role involves integrating various specialist systems, including iTrent, to streamline our operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the ERP consolidation programme, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project plan, outlining milestones, resources, and timelines.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  • Oversee the integration of iTrent and other specialist systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage the programme budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong background in ERP system implementation and integration, with specific experience in IFS ERP being highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.

Location - This role is based just outside of Bristol - you would likely be on site between 1-3 days a week depending on the business requirements.
