About this role: The Trade Engagement Executive role supports the Head of Trade Engagement to drive creative and clear commercial communications through our organisation to develop a full understanding of Carlsberg Britvic brands’ strategy, positioning, performance, and targets to both internal and external audiences.   Role Responsibilities: Lead the development, execution and review of key events and projects as part of the Annual Operating Plan: Support and coordinate the delivery of our annual conference. Support key internal events such as new launches or Group visits.  Manage and develop the Carlsberg Britvic Customer Collaboration Centre, including internal booking requests.  Manage and develop our trade events calendar, including design and commission of new assets, management of existing assets, booking processes, and maintenance of existing kit.  Support the management of events agencies.  Co-ordinate the support for trade events across multiple teams.  Deliver customer sell-ins events, including pre-alignment process and readiness of the Customer Collaboration Centre.  Support the delivery of the annual reports (Soft Drinks Review).  Support the trade engagement team in managing the yearly comms budget and purchase orders.  Identify key tools to enable our communication process to be fit for purpose, driving maximum engagement with clarity on the plan with minimum interruption to customer-facing time.  Support the trade engagement SharePoint site to ensure regular updates, relevance and a site fit for purpose.    Experience and Key Attributes: Excellent organisation skills with experience of delivering events or activities Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills and ability to build solid internal relationships and agency relationships to influence, challenge and deliver  Strong ability to solve problems, providing solutions with clarity  Good language / written skills  Good Microsoft office skills Degree in relevant subject would be desirable    Application Process: We read applications continuously, and vacancies may be filled anytime, so please apply as early as possible.   We look forward to receiving your application.
